The site requires me to buy access. Where the Abstract should appear, I got
a lone across the page with little arrows above & below pointing to that
line. Attempting to access any other form of the report brings an offer to
buy a subscription. So I sent the citation to myself at work so I can get
it through my hospital's medical library.
Any clues how to get the Abstract and access to the Responses when you
don't have a subscription?
Thanks.
Phyllis
