We use, but do not charge for donor milk.  We do not charge for ANY
feedings in the hospital.  Why would we just charge for this?  We have
not had any problems ordering it, using it, or purchasing it.  We just
include it in our cost for food for our patients.  All this is handled
in the Food & Nutrition Department, where all patient
food/formula/feedings are handled.   If anyone has other questions, you
