Do you have hospital volunteers as we do in the US?  I wonder if there are
some nice grandmother-types who would be interested in volunteering to help
with night feedings.
I hear what others are saying about mothers taking care of all feedings,
whether breast or bottle, OTOH I do feel for those mothers who are
exhausted from long labors or C-sections.
