I actually have Fibromyalgia and I am still nursing my almost 2 year old. I
think the hormones during nursing help. I also do not use conventional
medicine and since I have started taking calcium and magnesium supplements
my symptoms have improved. Also diet and sleep are big factors. There are
other herbal remedies but are only borderline safe during breastfeeding so I
will try them when he is weaned.

This just might be yet another great excuse of why not to breastfeed.
