I have permission to post....I have a new patient who is 28 3/7 weeks
pregnant who is up from Anguilla....she will be with me until she delivers
whenever....in the course of her being on rest we are anticipating that she will have a
baby most likely to go to NICU and need to pump. Our hope is that prior to her
return to Anguilla she can get the baby on the breast. Also we want to plan
for a resource on Anguilla for her and the baby. Does anyone one know of a
Lactation Consultant on the island or on St. Martin...which is a ferry trip away
of about 20 minutes. If so please post to me on email.
Thanks,
Leanne Jewell RN, C, LCCE, FACCE, IBCLC
