I think this is the key line to question.  Is faster fat loss better for the
body?  Mother Nature lays down these extra layers of fat for a reason.
The education needs to be that breastfeeding can help with weight loss but
the type of loss that has a better chance of staying off long term and giving
her baby the best food.  Anyone who has rapid weight loss is at higher risk of
rebound weight gain.
