optimize latch at every feed (which you did and can continue encouraging
her to do).....and breast compression.   breast compression. breast
compression breast compression.

it really might be okay.

if mom can optimize latch and do breast compression through feed......is
very alert to cues that baby is getting enough.....feeds frequently.
this may (or may not)  be a situation where it would be nice to have a
scale.  that would have to be assessed though - for some moms it's
really helpful, for others, it's like pumping - just one more thing to
stress them out.
