I would not change it. I think you would be reinforcing to her and her
friends that breastfeeding is something to be embarrassed about, and would
be giving up something that is meaningful to you (as I would imagine since
it is not only your profession but your email address -- important to your
identity!).
I would sit down with her and explain to her how important it is to you.
Say, "This makes you feel embarrassed and probably a little angry with
me. But this is very important to me. Your dad got this for me to mark
an important milestone in my life. It represents a part of who I am and
what I believe in, and I would be really sad to lose that." And then
maybe as a compromise, offer to let her put a sticker on the car --
Outkast or Justin Timberlake or some other band she likes, so that she can
personalize the car too.
