Another option that I might be able to provide for people is to create an
Ovid/Medline subscribable search which will be emailed to you.  I have
access to that through my institution, but I can put any email address
in.  Perhaps a Yahoo group for this?  I don't know how successful it would
be, but I could try.

Anyone who is interested can email me privately and I can see what I can
do.  Please suggest some specific search terms also, as "breastfeeding" is
going to get a lot of hits.
