Dear Friends:
    I don't know how much postpartum this G3P3 is that is suffering. However,
perhaps the OB isn't looking at the whole picture and is ready to sacrifice
breastfeeding on the altar of ignorance?
    Is this woman having other symptoms, such as insomnia, menstrual
flooding, skin dryness or excessive hair loss? Is the OB looking at the whole woman,
instead of just the sore vagina and perineum? Perhaps there is some other
problem.....it is possible, just to illustrate one scenario, for a woman to have a
sub-clinical case of Sheehan's syndrome. Perhaps she has vaginal yeast?
