i like the american mayawrap slings and adjustable pouches
( www.mayawrap.com )   You can get them in Israel, but they're hideously
expensive.  if you have friends/family coming to visit, that's worth the
price if they have room for one.

I also love the israeli mayawrap, which is quite different than the
american.   it's more work to put on and most ppl won't use it as long,
but it's great.

the israeli maya is basically five yards of stretchy cotton....so  you
can look at all of the mamatoto info on 'five yards of fabric' and many
of the other carries.
