Some people have emailed me to tell me that I should send this email to the
IBCLE.  I already did.  It was returned to me by the "mail daemon"  which
stated that the message could not be delivered for 3 hours and it was deleted from
the queue.

I have also been told in an email regarding this issue that board members are
not beholden to the interests of one member.  The belief by this person is
that I am the only person in our international community with these concerns.

I find it interesting that this article states "at your next conference or
seminar, consider having a speaker on this topic."  Rather astonishing that the
IBCLE has speakers available on intellectual property rights.  I wonder who
they will get to speak on this topic?
