The Norwegian woman mentioned in connection with high production was Anette
Lie, the story ran in March of this year, and you can read a charmingly
accented piece about her at
http://pub.tv2.no/nettavisen/english/article208126.ece complete with photo
of her pumping.

I worked with a young woman some time ago who was exclusively pumping in the
beginning due to difficulty getting baby to breast. She got raging
mastitis, and was at one point discarding upwards of 2.5 litres daily
because that was what she had in excess of her baby's needs, and she had no
room left in her freezer nor any need to hoard what her body produced so
very generously, whether she wanted it to or not, and until the mastitis
resolved we didn't dare try to reduce production. Things settled down once
baby started taking the breast directly and they were both considerably
happier - both breasts, I mean. Mother and baby didn't mind the improvement
either.

over birthweight, after a feeding frenzy starting shortly after birth and
not subsiding completely yet :-)
