We celebrated by having a Breastfeeding Tea with special cookies.  There was
a wonderful turnout that included the 2 local LLL Mom's Groups, our Mom's
group, 2 local LC's, a local Maternity Shop Owner, the Medela Rep.  It was
open to the whole hospital which meant that employees and visitors also
stopped in.  We had infomation to take and posters to read, a copy of the
20/20 segment to view, and just plain old interaction and conversation.
Information handouts were placed strategically in waiting areas.  Everyone
that came in contact with us also received a "Gold" ribbon to wear.  A
drawing was held and 3 Mom's were lucky recipients of a gift related to
breastfeeding.  Two doctors offices were also awarded a copy of the 2004
Hale book.
It was Fun!!!
