Further to recent conversations about breastfeeding classes. In
preparation for BFHI accreditation I am revamping our antenatal
breastfeeding class (held fortnightly, with between 3 to 6 mums-to-be
usually attending). The current lesson plan is abysmally outdated, and I
have been just improvising the class.
I am looking for some advice regarding content of the class, it is limited
to one hour, so obviously can't cover everything.
Does anyone have any suggestions about the most important and effective
information, and also any activities that I can do that will get mums
motivated and involved in the class.
Thank you in anticipation.
Margaret Wendt.
