I love the Maya sling. Out of several different slings and Baby Bjorn-type carriers I've tried over the years, the Maya is the only one that didn't hurt my back, was easy to adjust while wearing it, had multiple uses (for instance, you can use it as a seatbelt in a grocery cart or pull it apart for a light blanket), and worked for a toddler as well as a baby.
