I generally find that this is one of the better mainstream pregnancy
magazines. They do have formula ads, but usually have at least one
pretty good article about breastfeeding. This month they have on page
100: "The Milky Way. Lactation Consultants' best advice for sucessful
breastfeeding.
Here's a good page from their site that shows asymetric
latch...http://www.fitpregnancy.com/newbaby/10

I was, however, dismayed to read the following warning about domperidone:
Fit Pregnancy Magazine VOL. 11 No. 5 DEC/JAN 2005
Page 36
In BOLD RED LETTERS:
******"Lactation-Drug Warning"*******
"The Internet is full of ads for a drug called Domperidone that promises
to boost production of breast milk. Ignore them. (In Italics)
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued a warning against use
of the drug, which is illegal in the United States but widely available
online.
While approved in some countries to treat gastric disorders, the
intravenous form of domperidone has been withdrawn from several of those
markets amid reports of heart problems and sudden death in people taking
the drug. In countries where the oral form is marketed, labels warn
that the drug can cross over into breast milk and pose unknown risks to
the infant. M.J.H."
