The past week has been especially grim, with random attacks on civilian
populations in even more places than usual.  We have Lactnetters in several
of the places currently affected, notably Israel and Russia, and my thoughts
are with you all, knowing you will be there, comforting mothers and helping
them to breastfeed through these times too.  If it weren't for the children
who need us it would be hard to get up in the morning.
