Right, and the thing some MDs don't look at is that while this mom was
having several babies, and nursing them, she aged as well, not because of
breastfeeding but despite it. I experienced many of the same issues after my last
weaned, and I hit about 36, so for me it was age, not breastfeeding. Personally
what worked was Astroglide for intial symptomatic relief, then addtion of
nettles and sometimes marshmallow tinctures as needed in the last 1/2 of my
cycle. After a while I no longer needed the Astro, but keep nettles handy during
that second two weeks as needed.
