Of course there is nothing to stop her breastfeeding...milk is only 1/3 of
the breastfeeding experience and she can supply other milks as she
breastfeeds if she wants. She might find it helpful to check out

and see how one mum (who had had a double mastectomy) managed it.
There really is more to breastfeeding than milk.
