I got a call from a mother this evening who got acne on the backs of her
arms and on her buttocks spreading to her upper thighs. It began about 5
weeks when the baby got infant acne. She experienced the same thing while
breastfeeding her first son. It lasted the entire breastfeeding period and
cleared up when she got pregnant soon after weaning #1. Her baby is now 9
weeks old. Any ideas? She is worried about a deficiency of some type. She
saw a dermatologist last time and he dismissed it. She tried olive oil and
an exfoliating cream to no avail and is open to any ideas. Thanks, Cathy
