i clearly understood Nancy to mean that she wished there was evidence,
not that she *hoped* THC harmed babies.
obviously, we all _wish_ that nothing harmed babies but unfortuntely
there are some things that do.
just because the evidence isn't there yet, doesn't mean that there isn't
risk.
