Heather is incredulous, because the story was reported on LN on April 1.
The story was published in our media on March 31, and is not an April fool's
story. The April fool's story was that the gov't are going to install speed
controls in all private cars so no one will be able to drive over 100 km/hr
which is 62.5 mph (and I didn't think they were kidding!!)
What I find most incredible is that she was able to finance driving school
AND buying a car for so little money. Cars are EXPENSIVE here - she must
have bought some kind of beater. There isn't a new car on the market here
for less than 100,000 kroner. (This is **not** an April fool's story
either.)
