Hello,
Several parents in a breastfeeding class I teach have asked about
eating sushi while nursing. I have looked up the information on the
internet and one site states that if the sushi comes from a reputable
source it should be ok. However, many parents and consumers don't know
the source of their fish. Does anyone have further information about
this or know where I can go to find it?
Also parents have asked about using a device made for warming bottles
of formula and whether these are appropriate if warming up breastmilk in
a bottle. Does anyone have any references about the temperature that
breastmilk can be warmed to? and whether these are ok for warming
breastmilk?
