At the ILCA conference one of the main sessions presented the new "AAP
Clinical Practice Guideline: Management of Hyperbilirubinemia in the
Newborn Infant 35 or More Weeks of Gestation". It is in the July 2004 issue
of Pediatrics and also available on the web at
www.aap.org/healthtopics/breastfeeding.cfm
then scroll go down to the AAP Policy Statements
They also have a link to their FAQ page for parents
www.aap.org/family/jaundicefaq.htm
(I can't seem to make them a hyperlink, but cut and paste will work)
If this has already been posted, please forgive the repetition.
