Leanne's story about a mom with a normal baby demanding a pump ended
with: "When
reassured if they truly needed a pump that the other side would have
one available,
they grudgingly left the pump...mumbling all the way to the next
wing."

If that had occurred where I workED (capitalization intentional) ,
mom's complaint would have filtered back and I would have been
blamed for her not being happy no matter what the circumstances!
