I belonged to a M/M group with my first that did charge a fee.  It was
$10/wk.  It was in NYC though.  We are accustomed to paying for most situations like
these.  I found it incredibly helpful.  Most Moms left around 6 mos when our
babies were moving around a lot.  This was in 2001.  I wouldn't assume Moms
would not pay.  Maybe you can work out a sliding scale fee.  Especially if there
are professionals available.
