It was always so neat to watch moms at our support group.  Most "old
timers" immediately took baby out of the car seat, spread a blanket
on the floor and sat on the floor to play with baby, usually
starting out on the tummy.  We never had to say a thing.  The
newcomers would observe this and within a few minutes they were
following suit.  If they ahdn't brought a blanket along, some would
spread out a coat if they had one.  Others would comment that they
wish they had brought a blanket and they would be sure to do so next
time.
