I'm lucky enough to live in the midst of an Amish settlement, where I
witness this sight from the window beside  computer desk. (Now there's an
interesting clash of two cultures!)

Since I moved here I've learned how to can peaches and watched my neighbour
make cheese. In return she has learned about the benefits of breastfeeding
and most importantly she no longer has a new baby every 12 months.
