>>Has any one had experience supplementing a baby under 12 month with
Babys
Only Organic Dairy Based powered formula (from Nature's One)? It says
it is
a toddler formula and to ask the pediatrician if using for an infant
under
12 months. >>
it's formulated to 'regular'/commercially approved formula standards -
same carb/protein ratio, same fortification. i wish lactose was the
sugar instead of brown rice sweetener but well...
<<Are the nutritional components acceptable for a 11 week old?>>
if standard formula components are, then this is.....
They haven't been able to seek FDA approval b/c it's not financially
feasable for them, so they label it as a toddler formula. Again,
though, it's made to the same nutritional guidelines as other commercial
infant formulas.
Having said that, I will also state that FDA approval on it's own means
very little to me. I tend to look at information from a wider variety
of sources.
