Naomi asks: "Do you know where people got that impression?"
regarding goat milk being "most like human milk". I had a co-Leader
over 30 years ago who adopted a baby/child around 10 months old.
She had heard this and insisted on using goat milk rather than
formula. Pediatricial was very concerned, but she would not budge
on this issue. As far as I know, the child turned out "OK" or at
least as OK as a formula-fed baby. This notion has been around for
a long time, so the source may be difficult to trace-almost like an
urban legend.
