It's up to the Leaders of support groups to make sure that struggling
moms are welcomed and supported.  Many of my clients attend the LLL
group I co-lead after I see them professionally.  The moms in our group
(and my co-Leaders) are used to seeing moms with all kinds of tubes,
with bottles of ebm, with bottles and other devices full of abm, with
nipple shields.  They are wonderful, they support each other warmly, and
embrace each other for working so hard to do the very best they can.
After all, our best is all any of us can do.
