Jen asks "Is there a significant difference between the PIS and Lactina?"
In a word, YES. The larger and heavier the pump, the more effective. Generally I recommend Lact-e's or classics for mothers with inefficient babies, babies in NICU, increasing supply, etc.
I only recommend purchasable pumps (Purely Yours and Pump in Styles) for mothers with a well established milk supply who are going to use it 2 or 3 times a day.
