Along with no dairy, no wheat or citrus. Those are big ones. Also, if she
is open to it, a consult with a naturopath is an option. My wheat-sensitive
baby developed a facial rash that took almost 2 months of my avoidance of
wheat (among many other things since I did not know what the offending food
was yet) to see any improvement. I didn't start any diet elimination until
he was 10 months old (took me 4 months of thinking it might go away on it's
own!) so he was almost a year before we figured out what it was. With a
younger baby maybe it would not take so long?
