Jeanette Panchula writes that she has more trouble with moms with large,
soft breasts than with those with small breasts. I concur. I've
recently found that the scissors hold (done upside down from above the
breast just behind the areola) can help to firm the front of the breast
enough for baby to grasp a good amount of breast and keep the breast
from collapsing around the baby's face.
