As someone who works mainly with mothers of twins and higher multiples, I've gotta say this one is not as bad as some: www.gabrielfeedingpad.com/ At least it encourages close contact in order to use. Mothers of multiples are really targets of this kind of product. Drives me nuts, especially the "no hands" ones, yet can also meet babies' needs at some times -- depending on number and temperaments of babies. Takes lots of "education" for these parents.
