Oops, you're absolutely right, Rachel. At least it's in there correctly
in the quote! It is likely symptomatic of long years of hitting this
brick wall, but I'm not convinced that even a 20% reduction in the death
rate would cause major changes in many doctors advice! Not soon anyway.
