Denise,
It is still possible that this mom has glandular hypoplasia, she has all the
classic signs except the tubular shape.  She might just have been good at
putting down the fatty tissue stroma, without developing the milk glands.  It
bothers me that she was given a reduction in the bigger breast as a teen,
didn't someone stop to think they might be destroying her one functional
breast?  Here docs are far more likely to offer an implant for the smaller
breast.
