I can't help but wonder how many germs will be harbored in all the
skin cracks that develop from the use of such products?  Many years
ago, when in OT training, we had to use such a cleaner when seeing
isolation patients.  I would go home at night with cracked, bleeding
hands so bad that I had to sleep with gloves on after lathering my
hands with lotion to try to get them healed enough to face the next
day!
