Chris, who told you this? If this were true then use of "hospital water" for
anything would be dangerous.
There should be no more issue with hospital water than any other building.
Could you fill us in on what specifics you were told regarding this statement?
I can understand that a patient's sink, used by many hospital employees could
be contaminated but not the water. We give our mothers a wash basin to keep
there washed pump parts.
