I'm seeking information on the process of establishing a National
Breastfeeding Committee as outlined by the first operational target of the
1990 Innocenti Declaration.

In New Zealand, we are in the process of establishing such a committee. As
part of this, we hope to tap into some other industrialised countries that
have been through this process.

It would be useful to know something about the process of establishment, as
well as the structure, membership, role and main objectives of these types
of committees in other comparable contexts.

In fact, any information, including relevant contacts would be greatly
appreciated.

Many thanks
