Isn't this making a medical diagnosis? Isn't this outside our scope of
practice.  I had a conversation with a MD once upon a time about how he appreciated
the fact that I never make diagnoses or medication recommendations but always
provide information and recommend the mom discuss my recommendations with her
MD.
