Hi,
I'm new to this online community. I am finishing my degree in Maternal and Child Health with a concentration in lactation from Empire State College. Diane Wiessinger is currently tutoring me for my final class in lactation. It is a real pleasure to learn from Diane. It is my goal to sit for the IBLC Exam in three years. I am a La Leche League leader and mother to seven children ages twenty-two to four.
This quote hung above my desk until we moved to New York and then my husband confiscated it for his office. It's written for the overachiever.
"To comprehend a mans life, it is necessary to know not merely what he does, but also what he purposely leaves undone. There is a limit to the work that can be got out of a human body or human brain, and he is a wise man who wastes no energy on pursuits for which he is not fitted; and he is still wiser who, from among the things that he can do well, chooses and resolutely follows the best."
William Gladstone
Enjoying learning from all of you!!!
