Well, Heather you are lucky in the UK that you have at least 6 months of
real milk! Here in SA just last week the mothers in our maternity ward on
day 2 were being told that baby *had* to stay on the breast for longer than
10 minutes. The first 10 minutes don't count - it's just like water! Must
be the African climate! Oh, dear ..... I can't see these mothers seeing any
benefit in breastfeeding for 6 days!
