Is this perhaps a good moment to point out that breast pumps, bottles,
bottle nipples and pacifiers are by no means necessary baby gear? I
certainly didn't need any of those items with my four children, and it makes
me sad to think that people consider these necessities. A great way to avoid
not only plastic-related risks but many other risks is to simply breastfeed.
