I'm pretty sure the information you are looking for is in Susan Luddington's
book "Kangaroo Care" from the early 90's. My copy is at work but if someone
else can check it out......maybe that would give the answer needed.  I wrote a
review for "Circle of Caring" way back when on this book and the point I recall
about temps is that mom's body regulates up and down based on baby's response
but dad's does not!    I also recall hearing somewhere that tthe temperature
of the lactating breast is about 0.6 of a degree higher than the rest of
mother's body.
