I was unable to get this article.  This happens frequently with
article links posted on Lactnet.  Some may be due to our computer,
othere are ones (judging from past postings) that everyone has a
problem with.  In addition, some links take forever to download
(especially for those of us without DSL or other fast connections).
I think it would be helpful if along with the link, people would
include a brief summary of the article.  A few sentences would be
enough to decide whether to take the time to download it or whether
to try further if you have a problem downloading it.  I, at least,
need something more that "This is great.  You ought to read it."
which accompanies too many such postings.  Thanks
