I agree.  I'm a big believer in writing forms which assume what you want
to happen and then addresses the alternative (less preferred) options as
though they are exactly that.  I would reword it to be more encouraging
towards maintaining a supply.

I would be interested in this handout or any other available to stock in
our Surgical-Trauma ICU.  We rarely have lactating moms in there (that I'm
aware of, at least) but any post-delivery mom who is critically ill would
come to us and I would love to ensure that something is available to the
nurses here.  Again, as my focus on this has been since I entered the lab,
I can't guarantee that our wonderful LC here hasn't already done that, but
anything I can do to help!
