I googled on prolactin, oxytocin, and prolactinoma trying to find if mom has
a pit. tumor maybe?

visual changes

You wrote that her symptoms were: tunnel vision, increased anxiety and
irritability each time she started to pump. So I would look for a pit. tumor
or something like this??? MRI?
