<<homocysteine which has a high correlation with heart disease. How much

but it's easy to manage the homeocysteine issue. very easy.

SJW interacts with many meds and imho is more risky than SAMe.

But of course, that's because that's what I'm using...... in
combination with sufficient B vites, plenty of fish oil ( equal mgs DHA
and EPA both from fish oil), sufficient cal/mag and sufficienty dietary
protein.

In my situation it turned around a mood and anxiety disorder that was
anything but mild. It was on the verge of incapacitating.

_The Mood Cure_ by Julia Ross is absolutely amazing:

There are also many other books dealing with the orthomolecular
treatment of 'mental' illness. Andrew Stoll (harvard psych) has a
great book out that's not about orthomolecular med, but fish oil and
it's incredible. absolutely incredible.

One of his research areas? bipolar....fish oil has been very effective
at treating bipolar disorder........dha extracted from algae otoh, has
increased manic episodes as compared to placebo......
